Give me the problem
you can't hand to your team.

I take full ownership, work out what needs to happen, and bring it back resolved. Nothing briefed to your team. No one else on a need-to-know basis but you.

"You're the one everyone brings their problems to. This is for the one you can't bring to anyone: too private, too political, or spread across too many people to own."

Who's on the other end

I've spent close to two decades inside large organizations, much of it sitting near the people carrying the most, watching exactly what falls through the cracks: too private for a team, too political for a board, or spread across so many people that no one owns the outcome. I built this because that problem deserves one person.

The protocol

One case. Thirty days. Closed.

01
The brief
A 60-minute call where you give me the unfiltered version. No form to fill in first.
02
The terms, within 48 hours
What "closed" looks like, what I will and won't touch, and how often you'll hear from me.
03
The resolution
Two ten-minute updates a week. At the end, a one-page handover: what's done, what's next.
The standard

S.U.R.E.

Someone
not a form, not a bot: one person
Ultimately
the responsibility stops with me
Responsible
for the outcome, not just the advice
Entirely
you hand it over completely
What I don't touch
I don't give legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
Need to know
