The Fire Is Out. Now What?
Something went wrong. You do not have to pick up every piece yourself.
The fire is out. Now someone has to clean up. You need someone to walk in, see the damage clearly and put things back in order.
The kind of mess I mean
- A launch that flopped
- A key person who left suddenly
- A deal that fell through
- A project that collapsed
- Or any other mess that has landed on your desk and needs sorting
What I do first
I figure out the extent of the damage: what broke, what it is affecting, and what still works. Then we can see the real size of the job, and I get on with it.
What done looks like
That is your call. For some people, done means back to normal. For others, it means better than before. We talk it through and agree before I start, so we both know exactly what we are working towards.
What I do not take on
- Legal disputes
- Handling the press
- Anything that needs a licensed professional, like a lawyer, doctor or accountant. If you need one, I will tell you.
Things people ask
How soon can you start?
We talk first, agree on the scope, and then I get going. When something is broken, I know time matters.
Is this confidential?
From the very first message. I am happy to sign an NDA before you tell me anything.
