When there is no one to hand it to
Most of the people I work with have a problem they cannot hand to their team. For you, it is simpler. There is no team. The problem has nowhere to go because it is just you.
What I take on
Something urgent, with a clear start and a clear finish:
- A launch that needs someone to pull all the pieces together
- A process that never got set up properly and keeps costing you time
- A stuck problem that has been sitting on your list for weeks
What I do not take on
- Admin or PA work. A virtual assistant is the right hire for that.
- Sales, or chasing partners and clients on your behalf.
I keep it strategic: the things that need judgment and someone to own them.
How it works
Before we start, we agree on what done looks like for you and how long it should take. Then it is mine until it is done.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
A freelancer does the task you hand them. I take the whole problem, work out what needs to happen, and get it done.
How long does it take?
It depends on the problem. We set the timeline before I start, usually a few days to a couple of weeks.
