People forget that you are a human being too. You get tired. You get overwhelmed, sad and confused. Some days you do not have the answers either, and there is nobody you can say that to.

Who I am
I am Linda Juma. I have spent close to two decades inside large organisations, the last six years beside a managing director. That is where I saw how much a leader carries that nobody else ever sees.
